- 6 apartments 3 rooms: 2 double bedrooms, living room with kitchen corner and a double sofa bed, bathroom.
- 1 apartment 4 rooms: 3 double bedrooms, living room with kitchen corner and a sofa, 2 bathrooms.
Fattoria Pratale I has 2 swimming pools with a little pool for children.
Fattoria Pratale II
(800 mt. away from Pratale I) has 7 apartments of the following sizes:
- 6 apartments 3 rooms: 2 double bedrooms, living room with kitchen corner and a double sofa bed, bathroom.
- 1 apartment 4 rooms: 3 double bedrooms, living room with kitchen corner and a sofa, 2 bathrooms.
Fattoria Pratale II has 1 swimming pool with a little pool for children.
Services
Each apartment has outside its private patio/terrace with table and chairs.
Extra-services at guests’ disposal: washing machine, mountanbike.
The client will find some bottles of wines produced by the farm.
In the Fattoria a big hall is available for groups dinners.
