From 06.00 pm to 10.30 pm the balloons will be exhibited on static display along the ring road (west ring road, between the roundabout of Voltaccia and Via Palazzuolo), lit and spaced from the farm, artisans and other local activities with display, tasting and sales of their excellent production.

At Sambuca along the Pesa, for a contact with nature and the environment, by canoe, on foot, on horseback or in carriages ….
“La Bonifica che tiene unita l’Italia”, this is the theme for the Week of Reclamation in 2011 ideal connection to 150th anniversary of Italy.
The municipal area of Tavarnelle, Sambuca village, the Consortium of Reclamation for soil conservation and environmental protection in Central Tuscany will meet authorities and citizens to present the enhancement of the long path between the Ponterotto and Pontenuovo and recently completed part of Sambuca.
The occasion will be enhanced by activities for adults and children, sports and interests, starting about 9.30 am.

“Music Festival” all day music and singing in the streets of Tavarnelle by the Music School of Tavarnelle and Barberino.
The Pro Loco organizes a market “Arts & Crafts” in the center, from Piazza Matteotti to Piazza Cresti.

Montecorboli – S.P.per Castellina – Barberino V.E DÉJEUNER SUR L’HERBE PROGRAM: 10.30 a.m-12.00 p.m A walk inside the park to learn about plants and flowers blossoming. 12.30 p.m-02.00 p.m.Pic-nic in the garden of the roses, with roses-based dishes 03.00 p.m-05.00 p.m. Inside the astronomic observatory to watch the sun and planets and to learn how to watch the sky with a small telescope. Sportswear suggested. In case of bad weather the event will take place inside the observatory. RESERVATION REQUIRED |
